Matsapha – To promote informal trade and provide informal traders a platform to sell their products at a wider & more broad market, Council successfully hosted the first edition of its Flea Market, themed “Winter Wonderland”. This exciting initiative was held at the Matsamo Shopping Complex (Mahhala) where 150 Informal and Formal traders showcased and sold their products to customers.
Matsapha Town Council would like to extend its deepest appreciation to the traders and the entire community of Matsapha and beyond for participating in this initiative. The Matsapha Flea Market will continue to be held once a month on dates that will be announced in due course by Council.
