Matsapha – On an annual basis, Council conducts employee training programs aimed at improving operational efficiency, increasing employee motivation & engagement, and as well as creating mutual value for both Council & its stakeholders. These employee training initiatives cut across every level of employment within the organization, and in the past weeks, Council embarked on security awareness training for all the security officers employed by Council.
This training was focused on a wide range of modules which included customer engagement, communication, and first aid training. As an organization that values the importance of continual improvement, Council uses employee training initiatives to drive Council’s mission of providing excellent municipal services to the ratepayers and stakeholders of the town.
