To improve communication between Council and Ratepayers, Council through the Town Treasury department is currently implementing a Know Your Customer Initiative. This initiative aims to update the Ratepayer’s contact details to ensure that any form of communication from Council is on time. This could include the sharing of statements to ratepayers by Council through the preferred communications mode by ratepayers.
