Matsapha – As a way of encouraging rates payers of the town of Matsapha to pay their rates, Council implemented the pay your rates and win competition which began on the 1st of April 2022 and ended on the 30th of June 2022. To qualify for this competition, ratepayers had to pay their rates in full before the 30th of June 2022 and this gained them entry into the next stage of the competition, which is the raffle draw.
The raffle draw event was held on the 19th of July 2022, where the representative of the Rate Payers Association of Matsapha Mandla Mabuza participated in the draw of this year’s winners for the pay your rates and win competition. The raffle draw event was live streamed on Council’s Facebook social media page: Matsapha Town Council. Below are the winners of this year’s pay your rates and win competition 2022:
