Matsapha – Through the Matsapha Town Council Peer Education Programme, Council has initiated a Sanitary Drive Campaign aimed at providing underprivileged girls within Matsapha and peri-urban areas with much-needed sanitary products. In addition to this drive, toiletries are also collected as this has been identified as a dire need within the less privileged youth. This campaign will go a long way in assisting young girls and boys to have access to these hygienic items. Council pleads with its various stakeholders to be part of this great initiative by donating items at Council’s donation centre located at the Civic Centre.
