Matsapha Town Council in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 77 of the Urban Government Act 1969 (Act No.8 of 1969) has promulgated the Draft User Fees & Charges Bylaw for Matsapha Urban Area. In line with being a participatory government Matsapha Town Council is calling on all its stakeholders to review the document. The document is available for viewing at Matsapha Town Council, Civic Centre between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on working days and on Council website: www.matsapha.co.sz
The public views and comments are therefore invited and same should be sent to the office of the Public Relations Office through Council email address: publicrelations@matsapha.co.sz and/or website. Submissions should be made between the 12th November and 11th December 2020.
