Matsapha – Council would like to encourage plot owners to clear their overgrown plots. Overgrown plots are regarded as a nuisance to neighboring plots and they assist in the promotion of many illegal activities such as illegal dumping and the harboring of criminals. Owners of these overgrown plots are requested to clear their properties as soon as possible and they are further encouraged to clear them regularly as we are currently in the rainy season. Council further reminds stakeholders to comply with all the town’s rules and regulations and failure to comply with the set rules will result in penalties or legal action.
