Matsapha – In February 2024, Council began with phase one (1) rehabilitation of Lusekwane Drive. To this date, Council, through the contractor AG Thomas Pty Ltd has completed the first phase of the rehabilitation project. The contractor is now working on the second phase of the project which is projected to be complete in April 2024.
Council would like to encourage motorists and residents living next to the construction site to exercise caution when moving in and out of the construction site. Directional signs have been erected on the site to direct motorists to the alternative routes available.
