Residents, businesses, and individuals that reside or visit Matsapha, either for business, work, or recreation are reminded that it is illegal to dump waste in Matsapha. Several hotspots have been identified by Council and the town Rangers have been deployed in those identified areas to enforce the law.
Council would like to send a stern warning to offenders to desist from illegally dumping their waste, as it violates the Environment Management Act 2002, and the Waste Regulations, 2000. We all have a role in keeping the Kingdom’s Investment Hub clean!
