Matsapha – As a way of improving performance and meeting stakeholder expectations, over the past few years, Council began with the implementation of the Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) requirements. This has been a long and positive journey which has ultimately led to Council being finally awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate earlier this year.
Through the implementation of this system, Council aims to improve stakeholder confidence by introducing robust quality control processes, as well as improving Council’s effectiveness in complaints resolution. Matsapha Town Council tirelessly continues to strive for excellence and continuous improvement to ensure that the town realizes its developmental goals.
